Day 1.ArriveParo Meeting and assistance on arrival and a short drive to the hotel.
After Tea, drive to the ruins of the DrukgyalDzong 16 km up the valley. On the way back, visit KichuLhakhang. Dinner and over night at the hotel
Day 02.Paro, Excursion to Taktsang Monastery: After the breakfast, an excursion to view the spectacular Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest) monastery.
Post Lunch, visit Ta Dzong, National Museum, ParoRimpungDzong.
In the evening, drive to Thimphu.
Dinner and over night in Hotel Peacefull Resort Thimphu.
Day 03.Thimphu Sightseeing: National Memorial Chorten, DupthopLhakhang, National Library, Painting School and Handicrafts Emporium followed by shopping for souvenirs in the shops of Thimphu.
Over night in Hotel Peacefull Resort.
Day 04. Thimphu – Punakha: (72 Kms, 3 hours drive). After breakfast, Drive to Punakha via Dochula pass with higher Himalayan view. On the way, visit Chime Lhakhang, Lunch at Punakha.
After lunch, visit PunakhaDzong.
Overnight in Hotel MeriPuensum.
Day 05.Punakha – Gangtey : After breakfast drive to the beautiful valley of Gangtey. Enroute sightseeing in the valley of Wangdiphodrang includes: visit to WangdiphodrangDzong ,Mo Chu and Tang Chu rivers. Drive further to Gangtey.
On arrival check in to Gangtey Gompa House. Visit GangteyGompa Monastery, from outside. Explore Phobjikha valley, famous for the Black Necked Cranes during winter.
Dinner and overnight at the Guest House.
Day 06.Gangtey to Thimphu: After breakfast drive to Thimphu and visit the largest Bhudha Statue and visit to zoo. Overnight at Hotel in Thimpu
Day 07 Thimphu to Chelela Excursion:Early breakfast, drive to Chelela. Packed lunch will be served on the way. Dinner and over night in Hotel in Paro
Day 08.Depart Paro: Early Morning, drive to the airport to board the flight back home.
